Rights Warranty for Customer Submissions

By submitting content, you represent that you own it or have all permissions needed for Custom Art to use it for the requested product.

Intellectual Property

Custom Art website content, original copy, page design, and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Trademarks and Copyrights

Third-party names, logos, characters, uniforms, designs, and marks belong to their owners. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products are not official merchandise and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or licensing.
