Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Overview
This policy explains cancellation windows, production lock, order changes, size changes, and exchange eligibility for Custom Art orders.
Cancellation Window
Customers should request cancellation immediately. Requests made within 2 hours after checkout are the most likely to be reviewed before production starts, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Production Lock
Once production or fulfillment begins, cancellation might not be possible because many products are made to order.
Order Changes
Size, color, design, personalization, or other changes are only possible before production or fulfillment begins.
Shipping Address Changes
Address changes are only possible before fulfillment begins. Contact support immediately if the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.
Size Changes
Size changes are only possible before production starts. Review size charts carefully before checkout.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for cancellation or exchange after production begins unless Custom Art made an error or the law requires another remedy.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests are reviewed case by case based on product type, condition, customization, timing, and applicable law.
Size Exchanges
Standard unworn size exchanges may be reviewed case by case. Custom or personalized products are generally not eligible for size exchange unless Custom Art made an error or the law requires another remedy.
Wrong Item Exchanges
Wrong item, wrong size sent by Custom Art, material defect, or material mismatch may qualify for review.
Defective Item Exchanges
Defective item claims should be reported within 7 days after delivery with order details and clear photos.
Exchange Conditions
Items approved for exchange must follow written support instructions and must not be worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery unless the issue is the reported defect.
How to Submit a Request
Email admin@customartllc.com with your order number, the requested change, and any relevant photos. Do not ship products back without written authorization.
Refunds After Cancellation
If cancellation is approved before production or fulfillment begins, refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider timing may vary.
