4. REVIEW AND REMOVAL PROCESS
After receiving a valid notice, Custom Art may:

- Remove or disable access to the reported material
- Contact the customer, artist, vendor, or relevant party
- Request additional information
- Take other action we believe is appropriate
We may remove or disable content while a claim is under review.
5. COUNTER-NOTICE
If material you submitted or requested was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.

6. REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR A COUNTER-NOTICE
A counter-notice should include:

- Your full name
- Your mailing address
- Your telephone number
- Your email address

8. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED ARTWORK
If a customer submits artwork, images, names, logos, design instructions, or customization requests, the customer confirms that they own or have permission to use the materials provided.
Custom Art may reject, cancel, remove, or modify any order or content if we believe it may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our store policies.
9. REPEAT INFRINGERS
Custom Art may restrict or terminate access, cancel orders, remove content, or refuse future service to users who repeatedly submit or request infringing content.
10. FALSE OR MISLEADING CLAIMS
Please do not submit false, misleading, or abusive notices.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may result in legal liability.
