Counter-Notice
If material was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice where legally appropriate.
Required Counter-Notice Information
A counter-notice should include a physical or electronic signature, identification of removed material, former location of the material, good-faith mistake or misidentification statement, full contact information, and jurisdiction and service-of-process statement where legally required.
Review and Removal Process
We may remove, disable access to, or restrict disputed material while a complaint is reviewed. We may request additional information before taking action.
Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, accounts or repeat submissions associated with repeated infringement concerns may be restricted or terminated.
False or Misleading Notices
False, incomplete, or misleading notices can have legal consequences. Submit only accurate notices you are authorized to send.
