Are Custom Art sneakers made to order?
Many Custom Art sneakers are made to order. Product pages may include item-specific production details, materials, sizes, and customization options.
Production and Shipping
How long does production take?
Unless a different estimate appears on a product page or at checkout, made-to-order processing is estimated at 3-7 business days. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping estimates depend on the destination, item, and service available at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is sent when available after shipment. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.
Do you ship internationally?

Are import duties and taxes included?
International duties, VAT, brokerage, customs charges, or similar fees may be the recipient’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.

How do I choose the correct size?

Cancellations and Exchanges
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation requests should be sent immediately. Requests made within 2 hours after checkout are the most likely to be reviewed before production starts, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Can I exchange a pair for another size?
Standard unworn size exchanges may be reviewed case by case. Custom or personalized products are generally not eligible for size exchange unless Custom Art made an error or the law requires another remedy.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return a custom or personalized product?
Custom, personalized, customer-directed, and made-to-order products are generally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons unless required by law.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
Contact support within 7 days after delivery with your order number, a description, product photos, packaging photos, and shipping label photos where relevant.
What happens if the product arrives damaged or defective?
Report damage, defects, or materially incorrect items within 7 days after delivery. Support may request clear photos before approving a remedy.
Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property
Can I request a custom design?
Customers may request custom design directions where available. Custom requests are reviewed for feasibility and may be limited by production requirements or rights concerns.
Can I submit artwork, logos, or images for a custom request?
By submitting artwork, logos, images, names, or design directions, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the requested product.
Are the products officially licensed merchandise?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Custom Art products are not official merchandise and are not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or licensed by third-party studios, publishers, franchises, leagues, teams, or rights holders.

How should I clean and care for my sneakers?
Use gentle spot cleaning with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, machine washing, soaking, high heat, and abrasive cleaning tools unless the product page says otherwise.
